Victoria Arechiga is a SoCal based worship leader and music educator. Through her years in serving the church, she felt the Lord call her to attend to the needs of the starting out churches in their music department. For 8 years, she has been diligently working in helping Youth connect with their calling as musicians for their home churches.
As women living in a hurried culture, we experience life demands of constant giving with little time for self-awareness or personal development. In this session, Yvette will be sharing what "well-being" looks like, the boundaries necessary for a healthy lifestyle, and the practices of self-care that allow us to become the best leaders in the areas we are meant to thrive in!
What is forgiveness? How do you forgive yourself and others? Damaris will teach you how to apply the steps of forgiveness and how to live in it. The first step to understanding forgiveness is learning what it is and isn't. The next step is giving yourself permission to forgive and forget letting go of the bitterness while remembering very clearly your rights to healthy boundaries.
Jesus tells us in Mark 12:30, “And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’”...But how does one do so when battling strongholds afflict the heart, soul, mind, and has left one with very little strength? It is through the power of God’s Word and Holy Spirit that one will access the victories over physical infirmities AND mental battles as well! We need to understand the importance of being led by the Holy Spirit to discern the care needed, and wisdom to access the resource the Lord has provided.
